The location is fantastic, right by the ski lift! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the wellness area is a true highlight, perfect for relaxation after a day on the slopes.

Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short. dinner options were underwhelming compared to breakfast, and the smoking policy on balconies led to unpleasant odors in non-smoking rooms.

Additionally, the spa area closes at 8 PM, which limits relaxation after a long day, while the gym equipment feels a bit bare-bones, lacking variety for fitness enthusiasts. Even though the layout of some rooms can be cozy, not everyone will find the arrangement comfortable, especially larger families. The menu also needs a wider range of non-meat options to cater to diverse dietary preferences.

A bit more attention to the gym and a no-smoking policy could enhance the guest experience a lot.

the only downside was the noise from the hallway at night. but the breakfast had fresh pancakes made to order and the wellness area was spacious with a separate family section. also, our room was cozy with a great view of the mountains.

As a weekend traveler, the pet-friendly atmosphere really added to the convenience of my stay with my furry companion, but I found the dining experience could use some improvement.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We loved the well-kept swimming pool and the modern fitness area. Hiking was amazing, and we enjoyed exploring the ZirbenPark experience trail. The breakfast was decent, but the restaurant experience left room for improvement.
